Where to find customers for appliance repair
Customers for an appliance repairer are in the posts where someone has just met a broken thing and asks who to call. It is a short public line: what does not work, where the person lives and the word «recommend».
That person does not compare price lists on websites; they ask friends and strangers. A breakdown does not wait, so we suggest replying within hours, not later.
Here is how the request is worded, what to write back and which words to avoid.
Updated
How they ask about you
Six phrases from the project query list. In a real post the person adds details to them: the city, the model, what exactly happens.
порадьте майстра з ремонту техніки
In English: recommend someone to repair appliancesThe widest form: the appliance is not named, so read the post to the end before replying.хто ремонтує пральні машини
In English: who repairs washing machinesA question to everybody at once. The appliance is in the phrase itself, so these posts are easy to sort by your speciality.хто ремонтує холодильники
In English: who repairs fridgesThe same for fridges. If you do not repair them, the post is not yours even when the words match.порадьте майстра з ремонту ноутбуків
In English: recommend a laptop repairerFor laptops the post may carry a model or a symptom, and that tells you whether it is your case.порадьте сервісний центр
In English: recommend a service centreHere the person looks for a place, not a person. A repairer who visits should explain how to reach them instead of copying the language of a service centre.порадьте майстра
In English: recommend a repairerThe shortest form. Matches are many and varied, from appliances to manicures, so you cannot reply without reading the post.
In the only captured post about an appliance in the project corpus (a washing machine) the person names the city, a symptom with a part, and asks for a «verified» repairer. That is one example, not a rule. But it shows how a reply can look more attentive: repeat those words instead of writing a general «we repair everything».
What in a post shows it is your customer
Three signs: the appliance is named, the city or district is one you cover, and the request is to recommend a repairer. If one is missing, it is better to skip the post.
Watch the difference between repair and installation. The corpus has one post asking for someone to install an air conditioner, which is a different job from repair. If you install, say so plainly; if you do not, do not reply.
Model and symptom: the two questions a conversation starts with
A repairer cannot size the job without knowing what the appliance is and what is wrong with it. So the first reply should be a question about the model and about what exactly happens: it hums, it does not spin, it does not cool.
People can describe the symptom but often do not know the model. Tell them where to look: on the sticker inside the door or at the back of the body.
What to reply and what never to say
What to reply
- Name the appliance in the post’s own words: «washing machine», not «household appliances».
- Say which district or city you work in. People filter out those who are far away.
- Ask one question: the model, or what exactly happens. It opens the conversation and shows the post was read.
- If you do not repair that kind of appliance, do not reply.
What never to say
- Do not name a price before you have seen the appliance. Namir does not let a draft with an invented price through.
- Do not promise to come «today» or «within an hour». A draft with an invented schedule is rejected too.
- Do not diagnose from one sentence. «It is definitely the bearing» risks being wrong in public, under your own name.
- Do not promise a «warranty on the work» before you have seen what you will repair: a draft with such a promise is rejected.
A worked example: the post, the lead and the draft
Example
The post and the reply are invented for the example, translated from Ukrainian: there are no real people or accounts behind them.
Kyiv, left bank. My washing machine hums and does not spin the laundry. Please recommend someone who repairs washing machines.
Why this is a lead. The post names the appliance, the symptom and the district, and the request is direct: recommend a repairer. Only the model is missing, and your question will be about it.
Hello! We repair washing machines on the left bank. Please write the model and what exactly it does when it hums: we will tell you what to check before the inspection.
Why this reply. The reply repeats words from the post, names the district and asks one question. It has no price and no arrival time: you know neither yet.
Starter phrases for your niche
These phrases for your own list do not repeat the section above, and each is a request for a repair. We make no claim about the number of posts they bring: the rows of the list have not yet been run one by one.
вже місяць шукаю майстра
In English: I have been looking for a repairer for a monthThe format «complaint plus a concrete object» that the query list marks as proven: the person has been looking for a while and has not found anyone.порадьте майстерню з ремонту взуття

In English: recommend a watch repair workshopThe same for watches.
Phrases that do not work
These wordings look logical for repair work, but the project query list marks them as failed.

In English: where can it be fixedThe match hangs on the words meaning «where can», and job adverts arrive instead of requests.ніхто не хоче братися
In English: nobody wants to take it onThe match hangs on the words meaning «does not want», and posts about relationships arrive.
